All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but we do not guarantee that colors and details will be perfectly accurate on all devices.
By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days within the United States. International shipping may take 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs. Shipping costs and estimated delivery are calculated and shown at checkout. BSG is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the same condition you received them. To start a return, email hello@bsgmovement.net with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with a return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are also non-refundable.
Need a different size or color? The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If you prefer an exchange, email hello@bsgmovement.net within 30 days of delivery and we will guide you through the process based on current stock availability.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Certain items are final sale and non-refundable, including items marked as final sale or clearance. Damaged or defective items received will be fully refunded or replaced — contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will make it right.
